Downtown Clinic

The Downtown Clinic is located next to the Catholic Charities Saint Paul Opportunity Center, and is uniquely positioned to provide compassionate, culturally competent care to adults who are experiencing homelessness or who are marginally housed. 

Services offered at Downtown include primary health care as well as care for chronic and acute illness. Our team is able to help with psychiatric care, therapy, social work, medication management, wound care, and care coordination. Our clinic also houses optometry, dental, acupuncture, and chiropractic services.

Services Include

Same-day care for respiratory illness, same-day care for injury or other illness, birth control or other sexual health appointments, substance use disorder, chiropractic, House Calls and Coordinated Entry, behavioral health or psychiatric medication appointments, medication management
