McDonough Homes Clinic
The McDonough Homes Clinic is located in the Recreation Center at the McDonough Homes St Paul Public Housing complex.
We offer integrated primary care and supportive services by employees that represent our communities, with the majority being bicultural and bilingual in English and Hmong.

Primary care, same day care for injury or other illness, birth control or other sexual health appointments, substance use disorder, behavioral health or psychiatric medication appointments, medication management
